How to Send a Survey

Take advantage of our send a survey feature to send surveys to past clients or even people who you have encountered but not done a transaction with. Please note that any surveys sent manually will not count towards our internal leaderboard.

  1. Log in to your SocialSurvey account https://socialsurvey.me/login.do

  2. While logged in to your SocialSurvey Account, from ‘Dashboard’ view SELECT ‘Send a Survey.

  3. The ‘Send Survey Request(s)’ dialog window will open where you will enter your customer’s first name, last name, and email address and phone number.

  4. Once you have sent the survey request, from the left pane titled "Incomplete Surveys" you are able to see all survey request sent to your customers that have not been completed
