How to Request Transfer of Reviews

Have you switched companies or are you thinking about switching companies? Are you wondering how to transfer the reviews that you’ve worked hard for?

First, let us say that we’re glad to know that you’re interested in continuing with SocialSurvey! We do have some options to help you move forward:

If your new company is currently a partner of SocialSurvey, we have the ability to transfer your reviews! Before we can begin, we do need permission from your previous company's administrator. Please reach out to them to request that they email support@socialsurvey with their permission to transfer reviews. Once that is received, we can get that process going for you ASAP. If you are unsure who your company administrator is, please reach out to our Support Team to get you pointed in the right direction.

If your new company is not currently a partner, we can provide you with your Survey Results Report. Again, we do need permission from your previous company's administrator. Please reach out to them to request that they email support@socialsurvey with their permission to provide your survey results report.

Please note that we do not currently offer individual accounts. However, we would be happy to direct you to our SMB account team regarding pricing options. Please reach out to lovesmallbiz@socialsurvey.com for your inquiry about joining as an SMB client.
