What is Reviews Management?

Collect and share reviews to grow your business. Leverage hundreds of integrations to get found on top of search engines and get chosen. Monitor and reply to all reviews for all locations in a single dashboard. Collecting, sharing, and replying to reviews at scale has never been easier!

How to Filter Reviews in Reviews Management

  1. Navigate to Reviews Management under Apps on the left hand navigation


2. From here, you will see all reviews for the organization/account. You can filter these by selecting the filter icon in the top left.


3. This will prompt a window with all of the fields you can filter by.




These filters include:

  • Date range

  • Star rating

  • Source (SocialSurvey, Google, Facebook, and Zillow)

  • Campaign

  • Gateway

  • Tier

  • Agent

  • Replied to: yes or no

  • Search by review text


How to Reply to Reviews

  1. Navigate to Reviews Management under Apps on the left hand navigation.

  2. Filter and find the review you’d like to reply to and click on the ‘Reply’ button all the way to the right of the review.


3. Enter your reply and hit Send. Once you initiate the send, the Reviewer will receive an email notification letting them know that they have a reply. Please note: you can only reply once. The reviewer will not be able to reply back.

How to Grab a Link to a Review or Manually Share to Facebook, Linkedin, & Twitter

Want to share your reviews anywhere? We can do that! Simply grab the link to your review and post anywhere on the web.

  1. Navigate to Reviews Management under Apps on the left hand navigation.

  2. Filter and find the review you’d like to reply to and click on the ‘Share’ button to the left of ‘Reply’


3. Upon hitting ‘Share’, you’ll be able to copy the link to the review or share on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn


How to Flag a Review:

  1. Navigate to Reviews Management under Apps on the left hand navigation.

  2. Filter and find the review you’d like to flag and click on the Report icon.

3. Upon selecting ‘Report’, you will be prompted to leave a comment as to why you are reporting this review along with any further documentation

4. Once complete, hit ‘Report’ at the bottom of the window, and you should see a pop up confirming that the Review was reported successfully.


**PLEASE NOTE: We have a very strict policy around not removing any reviews from our platform as we strive to publish the True Voice of the customer, partner, or party involved in the transaction. We STRONGLY encourage taking any steps to resolve the issue and issuing a retake request to the reviewer.



How to Send a Retake Survey Request

Unhappy reviews are completely normal and help to add a sentiment of humanization. While we are very strict on not removing reviews, we encourage you to send a Retake Survey request instead!

  1. Navigate to Reviews Management under Apps on the left hand navigation.

  2. Filter and find the review you’d like to resend and click on the Retake Survey icon.
